Giving it a name purely for the sake of alliteration? ...Babbleblossom? No that's just silly... Hmm, I guess Whisperweed is a fitting name if alliteration was what they were aiming for. Can you perhaps think of any other name they could give this flower?

"Whisperbloom" lacks the alliteration you get with Whisperweed however. Though Whisperweed might be insulting to a bloom so beautiful, it does seem to suit it well in the alliterative naming sense.

I find that arriving in Luceti is a rather great shock in itself, but surprising others does have its advantages.

Sound, voice, speech, words... I know too little about botanical terms to find an appropriate one starting with those letters.

Perhaps I could help there then. "Speechsepal" might work, given the name references the flower's ability and petals. Another option is "Soundscape", which I think has a very nice ring to it.
